Apparently 1+1=3 has been true all along and it is only by some minor miracle that our current (and flawed) equation has not led to Global Thermonuclear War. (click on the white text to play the game, Professor Falken)

You just always attack their subs and silos, the other side doesn't last long, and I think the most of the other side I killed was like 200, so even better.
