I'm posting this video, and although it's cute, I'm posting it because I think the song is incredible. I also felt a bit of a connection because of it just passing veterans day, and that I'm reading, 'On Killing'

I'm reading the book Small Pieces Loosely Joined, our current OlyBlog Book Club selection, and I have to declare that this book makes my brain itch. I'm enjoying the book, inspired by it, but more than occasionally I have no clue what I'm reading. Or just when I think I do, my thoughts declassify themselves and explode just like the Web.

Read it. Then come talk about it.

The Web works because it's broken.

Strong winds washing against our building woke me up around 2 am, I wasn't able to return to sleep until it finally died down. Periodically I thought on possibly moving to another room, away from the outer wall, so as not to see myself on the news today talking about the big tree that crashed into my home and narrowly missed my bed.

I was warm and sleepy where I was so I did not want to move. I was awake enough though to contemplate how silly I would feel if I got the intuition over and over again to -move move move- and I did not act on it.

A wind advisory is up until noon.
