There having been several conversations on OlyBlog about the community value of an operational Library, I think the Wikimedia Commons' value will be apparent to you, my fellow OlyBloggers. Explore and share.

I confess. I sat down. Lock me up. It only makes sense that the danger posed by the criminal behavior should be reflected in the punishment for the crime.

I have attached a first (maybe 2nd or 3rd) draft of a flyer inviting folks to come out and celebrate the lunacy on February 1st, February 8th, and again on February 15th.

Suggestions, locating typo's etc. are welcome.

Jim Anderson has some pretty good thoughts on downtown, and Griswold's (what I consider to be the spiritual center of the our current debate on downtown):
I'm not sure how much the downtown needs another restaurant (but they could sure stand another Batdorf and Bronson coffeeshop), but condos... smart move. Right now the downtown is a great place to visit, but there are only a few apartments, and most of the housing near the waterfront is set up for seniors. More permanent residents equals more permanent business opportunities equals thriving downtown.
Go over on over to decorabilia and comment.
