Outside "security" hijacked the dead prez concert due to lack of police presence at that event, and outside "anarchists" hijacked mayday due to the lack of policy enforcement there as well. TESC responded to the concert riot by banning concerts instead of recognizing their lack of professional presence, and Olympia outcasted the goals of the mayday event instead of acknowledging the wolves in sheeps' clothing. Everybody can do better.

This is when I was stopped downtown by Officer O'Neill for OCing. Officer Beckwell had his gun out, but not pointed at me... this is OPD's response to my complaints. Here is the conversation on OpenCarry.org for those interested.

The Bylaws Task Force has been hard at work for several months preparing proposals for bylaws changes that require your vote. Members must be present to vote. Sunday June 8 at Noon in the Capitol Theater. Proposed changes: #1. Allowance for membership voting outside of a meeting #2. Change in Board decision-making process #3.
