Time: Sunday the 12th

Place: Vic's Pizzeria on the West Sieeeeede

Any questions, post em here and we'll try to get them addressed by the appropriate personnel.

That is all.

Excuse me

Where exactly is the West Sieeeeede? West of what? And is it inside or outside? In between? Oh I'd also like to know whether this is fancy dress, black tie, casual, or comedic. Do we have to bring fire extinguishers again? And please, I beg all of you, leave the ducks at home.

Oh!

They are closed Sundays! Once again I was gonna lead everyone astray. I am so nefarious!

Okay, I'm good most any time and date with notice, if we are going with Sunday, we could think downtown locations. Although many will be mega-busy, such as Otto's.

We could I suppose do Borders again too.

Nooooo, not Borders

and I don't want to even say why, I feel so ashamed. I put that in a bubble (or some other thing) and let it go. Maybe I attached it to the back of a camain and let that go.

Why not Orca books?

Tell us why!

Emmett, you must tell us why, unless of course you don't want to.

Orca have room for us? I'm down with Orca if others are, fer sure.

my surprise

I guess I'm not really surprised.  But it does seem to be very difficult to find an appropriate coffee shop in Olympia for a reasonable number of Olybloggers to get together and converse in person.  The truth is there are really no coffee shops set up in our community to function in this way.  Plenty of places to get coffee and get hooked up with he internet, but very few, if any, places where a community of reasonable size could gather and have a rollicking conversation along with drinking coffee.  In my estimation the Olympia coffee shops have failed the first test of what is really a coffee shop.  The first test is that a coffee shop is about community and conversation.  As proud as I am of our community, I am troubled that Olympia has no true coffee shops, just places to drink coffee and possibly log on to your email.
