I wasn't sure if anyone had done this but I thought I would share. If you hop onto google and click the news section and search for "port of olympia" you'll see that Oly is national news. Suppose we aren't on nightline but hey, it's a start right?

actually norm

i just emailed an impromptu media packet (if it can be called that) of the events of the last week (pictures, sources, links etc) to Nightline and 100 other corporate new sources, so we can cross our fingers as the google newcounter climbs. It's also on omjp right now that Olympia is the headline front page story on michael moore.com. The more resistance and publicity, the less likely the military will keep shipping through Olympia.  If anyone wants to email the mainstream media, you can do a google search and come up with a fairly thorough list. (search terms: media contact list) Keep fighting Olympians! Out of our Port, out of Iraq! See you at state and plum at 4:30 and then on to the Port!!!!!

note

for npr you need to go directly through their website to email-- they changed their policy
