Most of these seem to have happen recently, although a few are dated back a few days. 5 people picked up for warrant violations. 1 of those was a warrant from TCSO and I hope was referred over to them. 1 followup for a recovered stolen vehicle Of course the 3 stolen vehicles on the report offset that a bit. 2 other thefts of property 2 theft/burglary's, one at the 3500 block on Martin Way, the other on the 600 block of Central St. (For those who don't know. Central runs from about Wheeler St. to Bigelow, parallel to eastside and Boulevard) 1 hit and run accident at the 900 block of Jefferson St. around 0900 01/22. No leads. Anyone see anything? 5 regular traffic accidents (slow down folks!) 1 follow up on a vandalism report 1 report of grafitti 2 assaults, 1 with a mal mischief tag and one with a harrasment tag. 2 Follow ups on malicious mischief 2 arrests for straight malicious mischief both involving glass 1 lost debit card 1 robbery at harrison and division. Pending investigation 2 arrests for Driving under the influence 1 of those was a driving while license suspended as well. 1 driving while license suspended (other than the above stated) 1 fraud investigation with exhausted leads. 1 citation (or arrest?) for nvol "no valid operators license" 1 missing report form ??? 1 vehicle impounded 1 civil problem that was referred to Tacoma 1 reckless endangerment/discharge of firearm on Milroy St. This was also published in the Olympian online and 1 escape from 900 block of plumb street. What do you suppose happend there?

Submitted by OperaGirl on Thu, 01/25/2007 - 12:09pm.My checkbook was stolen a couple of years ago in Lacey and it was just awful! And to add insult to injury they spent around $3,000 at stores like Walmart, Best Buy and Big Five Sporting Goods! Luckily my credit union rocks and LPD were really great and we didn't lose any money or have any problems with collections.

Submitted by theunabonger on Fri, 01/26/2007 - 5:43pm.I think you can only "burgal (sp?)" property, not rob it. The definition of Robbery is that someone took something from 'you, another person,' not just "stole something."
