So, I've been dieting lately. I'm lighter, but don't feel lighter. Stronger, and faster, but still not as much of either as I'd like. As of this last week I officially fit into the height/weight requirement for the WSP. I'd really like to cushion this though with 2 or 3 lbs. The trouble being that I've seem to hit a plateau. I've been running, but the recent weather has made running miserable, so tonight I'm trying a treadmill, which is miserable also, but the lesser of evils. With all of that in mind, does anyone have suggestions on losing a couple of pounds?
