Here is the update on the Oly22 Port Protest Arrestees

The majority of arrestees and all those facing trial in October have been lumped into an afternoon for what promises to be a fun hearing. Come hear how the prosecutor is going to lay the foundation for showing that people can actually trespass on public property [close down the parks!], how trespassing translates into property damage [and maybe even murder!], and why activists have no right to protest and certainly have no right to talk about it in court [Bush may be responding to a subpoena on the illegality of his war in Iraq]. Come see the defense make motions with their right hands and their left hands, focusing in particular on one finger of each hand [appearance of renowned lawyer and professor Alan Dershowitz is anticipated!!!]

The court has decided to set aside most of the afternoon agenda to deal with these and other pressing matters concerning the below listed defendants to freedom and democracy. If you would like to come to support these cases, come Tuesday, 10/03/06 at 1:45pm to District Court. Wear red to show your solidarity. Otherwise, be well-behaved, quiet and civil to not complicate the cases at this point [unless prompted by a judge to do otherwise].

http://www.co.thurston.wa.us/distcrt/ and the names of our protesters will be printed on the dockets for the court room number they are expected to be in. Look when you get there.

Also making his first appearance facing charges for actions during the Port Protests is BOLDUC, DANIEL JOSEPH with a Pre-Trial Hearing scheduled for the same time and place.
