There's a lot of blog chatter on whether or not the perceived concessions are smoke and mirrors in the face of some loop hole language in the agreement. Maybe we should tell all concerned now to buy AT&T stock so as we can use the created wealth against them...

McLeodUSA next?

Well, I guess this all is good news-- I'm raising the ante by asking my provider of telecommunications products & services, McLeodUSA, to put out a similar press statement.  I use McLUSA cuz they are not the CLEC, and they r cheap 4 DSL, and I will not "do" comcast-- I "do" over the air broadcast, low-voltage stations, Internet-based media, Netflix, and sharing clubs-- lots of recording of A/V on digital media (like portable 4,200 GB hard-drive enclosures!)
