V-ster and I will be going undercover at the Fishbowl, looking for caimans. I think it will take at least a few beers worth of investigation to make sure the place is really clear of our reptilian overlords. Anyone who wanted to lend a hand would be welcome. Operation will commence at 7:00pm.

Have you ever noticed that

Have you ever noticed that the painting of the leviathan there eerily resembles a mutant caiman? just some food for thought.

it's the brew pub attatched

it's the brew pub attatched to the Fish brewery on the corner of Jefferson and Legion way.  They have really good food and beer, a lot of it's organic.

organic beer?

Subject says it all.

yup, they have an organic

yup, they have an organic IPA and an organic Amber ale.  I'm not sure whether the ingredients are locally grown or not though (which some people take into consideration when buying organic vs local).  All I know is they're pretty tasty beers.

They even sell it in the stores...

The food was good last night--though it always is. We played cards as a cover-up to our operation.
I had a salad with the grilled organic chicken. I ordered a different beer than usual and it came in a monster glass. Rick had the fish tacos, one of my all time favorites.  They were out of the chocolate hazelnut dessert that I love.   : (  Our waitress was good and fun, and beautiful.

We were joined by several olybloggers and met a couple we hadn't yet.

Operation Success

I'm sworn to secrecy so I cannot divulge what we were successful at. I do think caimans were involved.
