I have it on good authority that the building that used to house Griswold's Office Supply, and once long ago, the Avalon Theater, may have a new buyer. Alas, we won't see the return of the Avalon, but it would be nice to see that space being used productively.

I know that...
Submitted by Rick on Sat, 10/21/2006 - 6:56am....the buyer who was considering the Avalon backed out. Do you mean that the new, latest buyer has also backed out? I just heard this new rumor on Thursday (which I think was not widely known), so I'm a bit surprised to hear that it has already tanked.
