I maintain our Oly Bloglines and throughly enjoy keeping tabs on local blogging. There are a zillion ways I can organize periodic reports, today my organizing principle is the top 3 recent local blog posts on my mind.
» *** Time Moves on, But Treaties Remain by Billy Frank, Jr. on Being FrankThe Treaty Tree may have fallen, but the treaties are alive. Treaties are legal contracts between tribal and federal governments, and they are as valid today as the day they were signed. Even the U.S. Constitution defines them as “the supreme law of the land.” I Hate Katie Couric by Jane Johnson on seajane She's an idiot and her questions last night to John and Elizabeth Edwards were inane. Baby Steps by Allie D. on Memoirs of a Gouda I was bordering on terrified. In fact, my panic was like a white little rat clawing away frantically inside a cardboard box right near my solar plexus, and soon that box was going to give way, and that white rat was going to rip my guts into ribbons.
