Y'know

I've really tried listening, I have. I cannot take it for more than a few minutes. I'm not sure if it's the way the broadcasts are delivered or what. I can sit an listen to NPR for most of the day, and really enjoy their music, but for some reason FRO just feels like a chore to listen to. I'm still trying maybe I'll adapt eventually. What time is Drew's show on? Also, is there a way to call in and suggest certain types of music? I'm not talking madonna or kelly clarkston, but the last bits of music I heard sounded pretty bad. I guess I'd rather have no lyrics, than lyrics I can't understand.

Do you listen to KPLU? I

Do you listen to KPLU? I *heartheartheart* All Blues. I even pledged once, on a piddling student income, because I love it that much. Did I mention I love it? Phil and I drove out to Yelm on Saturday, and it was all hot and yucky outside and we were listening to All Blues and it was great! I love it! ps, I'm not crazy, I just love it. A lot.

lol

yes, yes I do. I find that if I've had a stressful day, or seem to be speeding, all I have to do is flip it there and I calm down. I can't name any tunes, but I enjoy it every single time.

fro

Fro exists as a direct action station that stands for free speech and media access. it is easy to trash fro based on the music, but fro unlike kplu, kaos or any other licensed station will always stand firmly in alliance with the peace, justice, environmental, and anti-racist movements, regardless of what any body says about them. if people feel like fro should change or they have something they want to say to us then send an email and tell us what you think. fro at riseup.net. that is the difference between us and others you can actually access the airwaves and speak for yourself. thank you sarah for linking to us. we have had original content about the anti-nazi rally since 2pm. dj snork *this is a commentary of 1 fro dj and my not reflect the views of other fro members or the collective in general.
