I don't know where I am.
» I mean, I do, I think I do, moments ago I thought I was in Olympia, Washington, checking out the new addition to the Capital Mall, also looking for a cup of coffee. But now, I'm not so sure. Hot sun is radiating off cement and large buildings. I might be in L.A. A sign might help. The one in front of me says "Seattle's Best". Okay, I'm in Seattle. But that other sign over there reads "Borders". So I'm crossing the border over into Canada. Hey, what about that sign? "Bed, Bath, and Beyond". Beyond where? To where? I manage to lift my gaze higher and I notice a design theme. Flying wedges. I might be in an airport. But that word -beyond- prompts me to think beyond, so........I'm in a space port. I check out the colors of this sun drenched cement canyon. Admittedly I'm delirious at this point, but I believe I see dusty reds and golds. I'm on Mars. Do they serve coffee on Mars?
