Interesting article in the

Interesting article in the NYT indicates the strain of e coli involved is actually contamination of groundwater by cow manure.  I don't think we can tie this to a MacEx yet and the Mac folks are actually pretty responsible about their beef - with mad cow testing of their beef if I am not mistaken - but apparently the current e coli spinach contamination contamination does in fact track back to cattle industry.
