» Then look over the info on panic attack and panic disorder. In my not so humble opinion, using the panic attack defense for the actions of Carl Vance on March 31 in the courthouse elevator is b.s. all the way. I understand that he has the right to be represented and defended fairly. Still pisses me off. Teresa Benefield has stated that Vance was methodical and "slow in his breathing". Doesn't sound like a panic attack to me. Yes, I know being a judge is not in my future. I'd be too prone to pounding the gavel and shouting "Next!".
