Time to break out the cleaning products and get to work, the Nazi Smear Campaign against Olympia is in progress.

How to deal with a smear?

  • Identify it  ("Yep, that's a smear, right there.")
  • Don't let it stick  (The NSM is practicing the art of "keep throwing the smear over and over again until it sticks" - don't let them get away with it.)
  • Wash, rinse, repeat  (Truth, civility, and cooperation all work wonders.)
  • Prevent further mess  (Keep your mind independent and always check directly with the person targeted before assuming anything.)
I wrote this a few days back but it is current once again (or still) and most likely will be til Olympia is no longer a focus of the Nazis. Since I am not the main community member being so actively and publically smeared at the moment, I'm not going to provide a link to the hate site or divulge names.
