Come join us in co-creating a night out of time this Friday, the 27th at the Nut House, 2220 Walnut Rd NW off of Division street on the west side.
nstead of a full on Artswalk this month, we are doing this event at the Nut House featuring a wide variety of art projects and spaces.
A secret cafe will start at 6 pm, featuring local salmon, blueberry pie from the blueberry bog, and homebrewed beer, wine, and kombucha from three local brewers. Vegan options too! All proceeds to benefit the Raccoon Arts Collective to do more events like the hyperlocal Artswalks and develop Capitol City Studios in downtown into a collectively managed arts venue and studio space.
Beer from Fishtale brewery will also be for sale during the event.
The rest of the event is FREE and will feature:
Information about the 13 Moon calendar
Art Gallery and LIVE painting during the event, as well as a free wall for participants to express themselves
Live Music provided by the Pasties and other local musicians
Art installation
Live progressive psy DJ'ing from local artist DJ Fox
Reggae Dance inside
Performance Art
a bonfire
and loads of FIRE SPINNING!
If anyone would like to display art, perform, cook, or otherwise participate, please LET US KNOW by writing us at raccooncollective@gmail.com!
See y'all there!
