One of those yellow "we're going to build something here" signs has been in my peripheral vision for the past few weeks on Cain Road. I finally slowed down early enough last week to see that the sign said "Cain Road Park." Aha, better than a row of Quadrant Homes. So, here's what I could find out: 1) Compared to the entire plot (about four acres) most of the actual park will sit on less than a quarter of the park. Most of the lot will be left untouched, except for carving out a path so people can easily walk around. 2) Even though the yellow sign is up, in 2008 there is only going to be a few improvements made to the site, with full development further down the road.
