We're looking for local businesses that would like to sponsor our "Olyblogger of the Month" program by donating gift certificates or goodies. The current sponsor will be acknowledged on the blog with an icon that would run for the month of sponsorship (something like the Zhonka block on the left).

What should be the value of the donation?

...$25?

$50?

$100?

»

I'd say not more than $50...

...which should be more than worthwhile in terms of exposure. We get something in the neighborhood of 100k page loads a month.

100k!?!

Amazing. What number are we up to in terms of user accounts? Who'd a thunk it?

»

Ever since the onset of SPAM ACCOUNTS...

...it has been difficult to count the number of registered users. I tried to estimate total readership here.

two questions:

Do you know how many total Hits you get on the site? And what is the Olyblogger of the month and who decides on it? Thanks, mathias

Olyblogger of the Month is...

...a program to recognize (and reward) the individual contributions of an Olyblogger. We see so much great content on the blog, and this is something we can do to draw attention to it, and encourage more folks to participate.

You can see a recent breakdown of the traffic on the blog here.

That's Great!

Thanks, Jusby.

Can you give me an icon we can use to acknowledge your sponsorship? Something that looks OK at around 150px.
