Olympia's Capital City Pride is an inclusive celebration of diversity and community building. Capital City pride is unique in that it truly brings together all parts of the community: gay, lesbian, transgendered, straight and bisexual from all around the Pacific Northwest. Olympia's 2007 Pride Festival and parade, the second-largest in Washington, drew more than 7,000 from all across the region. The week-long 2008 Capital City Pride culminates with the festival and parade June 22.
