What happen to the blog entry by a self-identified Bread and Roses guest. He wrote some non-specific criticisms of his experience there. Rob responded saying his post was inappropriate and to call him. I wrote I'd like to hear more from the blogger. Three hours later the whole thing is gone. What's up?

Lots of missing post and threads here at Olyblog,

but we are all threatened with sanctions if we erase our own blog postings.

I don't want to get into

I don't want to get into another endless thread about the bias or lack thereof of Olyblog docents and contributors. I'm only asking about a specific blog entry.

Gremlins. Big scary ones. With teeth.

 That eat code.

Ahhh Yesss

The vanishing blogs.  Hmm, very well known around these parts.  Appears that we have a few docents who decide to wield the POWER to make comments they don't like vanish!

However, when all is said and done I'm sure someone is just playin' around.

I saw the offending post....

 It's still up.

*I left out all of the subtle sarcasm*

Don't trip trying to beat each other back for a retraction.

Thanks, enpen!

Isn't it great being a docent, enpen? Sure, there are a few completely groundless accusations made. But people always bend over backwards to express thanks, and to apologize when appropriate, right?

BTW, that reminds me: Thanks for doing this largely thankless job. You're doing us a great service(despite the imaginary censorship)!

every morning

I pee rainbows and comb out chocolate sprinkle dandruff. Being an OlyBlog docent hasn't just changed my sneakers, it's made lava cool.

Back to the OlyBlog as garden analogy, what we seem to have are neighboring gardeners who don't like the crops we're growing over here. So they like to stop by to throw acid on a few seed bags. Woooowhee.

Sometimes on the upslope you blink and find yourself more hill where you thought there was a peak.

Peeing Rainbows can't be healthly

But the chocolate sprinkle dandruff sound yummy. :)

Please don't lump me into the Huffin & Puffin crowd.

A blog entry was moved to the comments section of Rob's B&R post. I admit I'm a little curious why this was done but I am not accusing anyone of anything untoward. I'm sure there are good, honorable reasons for the edit. Care to share those reasons? I'm just trying to learn more about how this place operates. If not, no big deal.

Let my echo jlw and thank the docents for the work they do.

No

I'm not lumping you in and I still don't know exactly what happened.
