"Civil Rights and the Japanese American Community" lecture at the Olympia Library

The Olympia Japanese American Citizens League will discuss the history of Japanese Americans in the Puget Sound area. They will talk about the survival of their culture through internment, how they keep their traditions going, and their activism in current civil rights. This event is part of the Ethnic Celebration Community Conversation series, a partnership of the Olympia Timberland Library, Timberland Regional Library and the City of Olympia. Presented by The Olympia Japanese American Citizens League.
