Coast Guard Has Arrived in Port - 12:40PM Monday May 29th

One report so far that the Coast Guard is here; They are reportedly hooking up firehose and may be using that against the demonstrators. We're just not sure. Get down there now if you want to protest the arrival of the ship. The next High Tide is 9:44PM tonight.

Peaceful

Be a peaceful protester. Have some respect for the port property, soldiers, and port employees. Peaceful protest is a way to demonstrate how you feel about. the war. On the other hand, when the port shipments were in Tacoma, nobody cared. Why is it that you feel that these ships are the best venue for protesting? Do Olympians have no other venue than to harass port employees, climb on the port fence, and scream at soldiers doing their job? If this is the case, then maybe your protests would be better met by people that can make a change as to how things with the war are going, not people that are going to work, leaving their families on a holiday just to be cold outside and get screamed at by people without a better venue.
