Went to lunch...

with the wife and kids at McDonald's in Tumwater and saw Chopper 7 flying about slowly orbiting the scene.

A driver who failed to yield led police on a chase Friday afternoon, ending in a crash that injured a Tumwater police officer.

As the officer pursued the driver through parking lots and then down Capitol Boulevard. When the officer reached Trosper Street he was passing cars on the left, believing traffic was stopping for him. When the light turned green a woman turned left in front of the officer, causing the crash, police said. The officer was transported to St. Peter’s Hospital in Olympia . The extent of the officer’s injuries is not known.Police are searching for the driver involved, who was thought to have been driving a silver SUV.

One of the great non sequiturs of the left is that, if the free market doesn't work perfectly, then it doesn't work at all-- and the government should step in.

yeah, no kidding...

...I'm impressed Cosmo: your interest in CJ is obvious by your committment to OlyBlog, but I'm also curious if you'd care to share what inspires you & where you want to see CJ go in the digital commons.

cheers

Cool

I'm trying to set something up where I can post to Olyblog using my phone. In the set-up I'm being asked what kind of blog I'm using.  Is Olyblog

  • Atom Enabled
  • Blogger
  • BloggerAPI Enabled
  • Blogger Beta
  • LiveJournal
  • Manila
  • Meta Weblog API Enabled
  • Movable Type
  • Typepad
  • Vox
  • WordPress

I have no idea what any of this means.  So help this old guy.

none of the above, maybe

It might be "Atom Enabled" or "Meta Weblog API Enabled," but I'm certain its none of the other ones. Olyblog is built on drupal, another open source content management system like wordpress.

Thanks!

I'll give those options a try then and we'll see what happens. Or I can just see how theunabonger did it.

Well let me be the first to say

I hope the cop is going to be alright and that the chase was worth it...

Good job on CJ!!!
