my friend and riding compatriot had her bike stolen yesterday out of her garage. It was open for only a few minutes and then poof! Gone was the bike. It wasn't a $5000 bike, but it was used everyday for transportation so if anyone sees this bike, please let me know.

The partculars: 2001-02 Specialized Rockhopper, baby blue with black accents and Manitou forks.
New LX shifters
New Bontrager seat
Standard freeride platform pedals

Here's a photo if it helps. I'm not rife with reward money, but have more fresh homemade strawberry jam (Spooner Farms, yeah!) than you could ever eat, plus a nephew who works in a bike shop should you ever need help, parts, etc. We're hoping for it's swift return! If spotted, please call 360.280.8132

Much appreciated, while it looks like chances of getting it back are slim, you just never know.

after one year...

For me, I had a run of good times, but then last summer my luck ran out and my ride was taken from my carport...then just a bit ago while on the way to the dump I saw a guy on my bike and stopped, and got it back...so yeah, you never know-- >good luck<
