Jul 7 2006 - 5:00pm Jul 7 2006 - 7:00pm Too many people just couldn't wait until after the planning meeting (Monday, July 10, the Olympia Center, Room B, 7-9 p.m., free childcare in room 206) to picket Ralph's again. So we'll be back out there this Friday, 7/7, from 5 - 7 p.m. Bring your friends, your parents, your kids, popsicles, dogs, signs, your kids' friends, sunblock, coat-hangers or whatever makes it fun and meaningful for you. I'll bring signs, water and pledge cards. |

Crusty and Her Sacred Womb
Submitted by Crusty on Wed, 07/05/2006 - 12:10pm.Speaking of fire and pigheadedness, my daughter really wants to see the picture of me that someone took at the last protest. We were over with Andrew. But I can't remember who took it. Anyhow can I get a copy somehow for her, my mother and my sister? They were with me in spirit that day, but my mother and sister were at the Mariner's game, and my daughter is in college in Ohio.
That picture needs to not make it to the media though. I don't want my two 6'4 sons to know that mama showed up at a protest baring her sacred womb in a bikini haha. My daughter will probably bootleg the picture to them because she thinks they are prudes, but you know boys. They will be boys. No bikini pictures of mama in front of a grocery store with a bunch of protesters. Kids protest. Not mothers in bikinis haha.
I really appreciated the drink, squirting with squirt guns and dog licking of my face. It was extremely fun. Blessings, ^@^
