Chinese Lunar New Year Tai Ji Seminar
With Master Chungliang Al Huang
Teacher/Calligrapher/Philosopher/Dancer/Author

Chungliang returns for his 12th Chinese Lunar New Year Tai Ji Seminar.

"When the body and mind move harmoniously together, the human spirit soars."

Dance Tai Ji, to Bach and to Baez.  Feel into Chinese culture.  See the "Wow" of Chinese calligraphy.  Experience living in a healthful and wide-awake state of being.

To consider this just another seminar would be to label New Years Eve in Times Square just another party.

The Seafarer

Event:
Thu, 01/26/2012 - 8:00pm - Sat, 02/18/2012 - 8:00pm

Conor McPherson, who brought us The Weir, St. Nicholas and Shining City, has a stunning ability to remind us that logic and reason are but weak weapons against the myth and magic that permeate our lives.

It's Christmas Eve, and Sharky has returned to Dublin to look after his irascible, aging brother who's recently gone blind. Old drinking buddies Ivan and Nicky are holed up at the house, too, hoping to play some cards. But with the arrival of a stranger from the past, the stakes begin to rise mercilessly. Sharky may be playing for his very soul.

This is an incredibly beautiful and rewarding story of redemption that may put people off initially, because who wants to watch a bunch of alcoholic losers celebrating Christmas? The answer is, you do. If these people can be redeemed, then maybe... just maybe... there may be hope for you, too.

Thursday - Saturday 8PM, Sunday 2PM

Pay What You Can: Wed. Feb. 1st, 8PM

Ladies' Night Out: Fri., Feb. 3rd, 7PM
