Feb 1 2007 - 12:00pm Feb 1 2007 - 1:30pm This event happens at 12:00 to 1:30 pm and again at 4:30 to 6:00 pm on Thursday February 1st, again on February 8th, and again on February 15th. We are planning two locations - 4th and Franklin and 5th and Capitol.
