Tonight at 7pm, a group of people will be reading works by (and for) Samuel Beckett.

This year is the 100th anniversary of his birth, and the reading is in commemoration of that.

Selections will be read from: "Texts for Nothing", "Malloy", "Watt", and a video of the play "Play" will be shown, and some of Beckett's poetry will be read.

In addition, an introduction to "Play" will be performed. This is a work entitled "Whole Language Language" and is written by Kenneth Gaburo.

The performers will be: Elizabeth Williamson, Todd Kimmich, Kate Arvin, Scott Nichols, Arun Chandra, and possibly Leonard Schwartz and Zhang Er.

The event is free and open to the public.
