This is something that I am

This is something that I am concerned with as well. I assume that by "welcoming place for everyone", you mean non-females as well?

Now if it is deemed necessary that I should forfeit my life for the furtherance of the ends of justice . . . in this slave country whose rights are disregarded by wicked, cruel, and unjust enactments, I submit: let it be done."

There is a men's group

There is a men's group forming to address issues of benefiting from sexism specifically for those who want to grow in this area.

This potluck is for women who have experienced sexism while organizing in Olympia.

"Please come fragrance-free to make it a welcoming place for everyone" is in reference to those women who have chemical sensitivities, which can be very disabling and makes many spaces unwelcoming.

Maybe there will be a forum where men can listen to women talk about their experiences in a sexist society.

That's a great idea.
