Oh man..I don't have the sound turned on, and I'm not familiar with Fear, but that is making me feel 23 again (even though I would've been 8 when this footage was taken.)

Whose idea has it been not to have so many Backstage shows anymore? I mean, I can understand Iris Dement or Night of the Tribute Bands being frontstage but there were some good times in the back.

A lot of the Backstage shows are put on by individual promoters who rent it, and that just isn't happening much as of late. Why? I'm not too sure. I know that Jeff really disliked doing them because of the labor involved in the changeover of equipment from front to back stage. So he was resistant to doing them. Maybe we'll see a few more coming up? I hope so. I saw some of the best shows in Oly back there - anyone remember "Cop-Shoot-Cop" and "No Means No" back there? Or "The Jesus Lizard" when they played there? GOOD TIMES!!!

Actor: Streets of Fire, which had scenes filmed in Olympia! and was Mr. Body in Clue. I have this snl on video.
