Is the moon in Olympia's sky hyperlocal?

Whatever you think about that... tomorrow night it will look brighter and larger in our sky than it would on any other night this year... (Its orbit's an ellipse, and it's about 14,000 miles closer to us now than it is when it's the farthest away.)
