I've seen a few posts in regards to the desire of Olympia Businesses to increase the sustainability of lifestyle and would like to see something like this in town...everything is well-thought out, from plant based food choices to what happens with the waste.

They aren't a vegetarian restaurant. I usually go to Seattle to eat out because it's distressing to be in the presence of what I feel is violence at mealtime.

By your logic, driving to Seattle is just as violent an act as sitting next to someone who is eating meat.

I take public transit and I

I take public transit and I have gone to Seattle very rarely. I would much prefer a nonviolent and sustainable place to eat in Oly, to be sure! Which is the point of my post.
