Health Care is still a BFD

Justice Roberts upheld ObamaCare.  Here is the link to his decision:  http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/11pdf/11-393c3a2.pdf

I get the feeling everyone is happy and mad all for the wrong reasons.

People who want it are happy it was upheld as a tax.  Great.  What about what Roberts said about the Commerce Clause?  If a bunch of states are not going to cooperate and the law says they don't have to, doesn't that pretty much scuttle the whole plan?  Why are they happy?

People who hate it are mad that Roberts upheld ObamaCare as a tax.  If Roberts scuttled the plan over the Commerce Clause, shouldn't they be happy?  Why are they so mad?

Could all the confusion caused by the mainstream media on this issue be cleared up by reading the link to the opinion?  After reading that opinion, it seems pretty clear to me that Bush appointee Justice Roberts punted to the elections, and tried to set up the President to be called a liar to boot.  Still conservatives gnash their teeth, while liberals cheer.

Thoughts?
