Today on the front page of The Olympian is an article titled, "Meandering Journey Spoils Prom Night for Local Teens." This article is hee-larious. I must admit, I don't sympathize with those teenagers much, because I didn't give a rat's ass about the prom, except for the fact that I wasn't asked, and I was hoping a certain someone would at least try. Sure, it must have sucked for them to have missed the prom. But damn, someone should make a movie based on the event. I am looking at you, John Waters. Think about it. Two teenage girls on the night of their dreams, hoping to get drunk, make out with some hot dudes, maybe even get laid. They get into the limo, expecting to be taken to dinner at the luxurious Space Needle. Instead, they are taken on a Limo Ride to HELL. Their driver turns out to be a sadistic and insane murderer who escaped from the insane asylum. The highlight of my imagined film, would have this line, which was in The Olympian article, and stated by one of the girls fathers':

“I’m not angry. I’m disappointed for the seniors, who missed their prom,

»

I can smell a law suit

I am wondering how much a lost prom is worth.

I do sincerely hope....

....that this is the worst thing that ever happens to them.
