Had a vegan/vegetarian meal, and how many went omnivore? Personally I enjoyed the deep fried turkey and potluck meal that was shared at the marina...

No veggie zone.

Submitted by Merwyn Haskett on Thu, 11/22/2007 - 9:24pm.The potatos, both sweet and yukon gold, are kind of vegetables. Same with the black olives, along with the celery and onion in that soggy bread dish I like.
The pumpkin pie had pumpkin in it, that grows on a vine so it's a vegetable. Except it's seed-bearing, so it's a fruit.
I'm still hungry (and I even had a big breakfast too) but I've already recently bought new pants when my old size-32s started having the buttons and zippers break apart in the middle of work. I'd rather stop the growth at size-34 if going back to the old size isn't an option.
Please give me a second grace. Please give me a second face. I've fallen far down, the first time around, now I just sit on the ground in your way.

Turkey Here
Submitted by JstPlnOnry on Fri, 11/23/2007 - 9:48am.Gotta love those $45.00 Safeway meals! I've bought them for the last 9 years at Thanksgiving and at Christmas time and wouldn't do it any other way!
12 lb. Turkey
2 lbs. mashed potatoes
2 lbs. stuffing
cranberry relish
pumpkin pie
12 rolls
gravy
We added my famous dilled deviled eggs, some corn, black olives and some cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes and a cherry jello cake and it was devine!!!
