LINK 2007 is a permaculture, peak oil, healthcare design and multicultural community symposium, a conference, that offers experienced instructors and workshops from all over the world and also offers participants hands-on instruction in an enjoyable learning environment. LINK strives to create a multicultural, community inclusive event and welcome everyone to this public planning meeting for the LINK Symposium. The Symposium, which will occur in September and October 2007, will include Millersylvania State Park Environmental Learning Center access, room, board, computer use, all workshops, study materials, resource binders, a CD with seminar materials, curricula, workshop tours, the multicultural cruise and more! Speakers include Mike Pelly, the president of Olympia Green Fuels (visit our website to hear the National Public Radio Interview), Jennifer and Ian Clemente (a member of the Z Kamp Band), Chriset Palenshus (Evergreen College Center for Community-Based Learning and Action; Women of Color Coalition;), T (from the Olympia Ecovillage, SURGE Film Festival), -Evan Schoepke - Raccoon Collective, Eco City Olympia, Beehive Design Collective, a tour of Garden Raised Bounty (GruB), and much, much more!
