It's really weird to bike past the woods one day and the next see a big empty lot with a bunch of felled logs. Yes, I know that where my house stands there was once trees, but it's still pretty dramatic. The location is on Division, south of Walnut. Anyone know what's going in? Probably a new housing development.

Public Notice sign
Submitted by Just another voice on Mon, 06/09/2008 - 3:28pm.The sign indicates a 16-lot sub division. I can't understand why they just didn't leave the trees up against Division street because I KNOW they are just going to put up a freaking fence facing Division. Which will be yet another missed opportunity for a street-faced home, without the snout of a garage door, so the big a** garage door can be in the back of the home, along a nice little alleyway.
Whew.

Tricky stuff, that bamboo. It's an escape artist.

Actually there is a fair amount to come on the Westside.
