I think I'm in cookie paradise!

Would need some whole grain and agave syrup substitutions but they look wonderful!

Agave Syrup? Is that Tequila

Agave Syrup? Is that Tequila mixed with sugar? I could get into that, I'm sure.

Better than honey

Agave syrup has a low glycemic index and can be used by people w/ insulin resistance and some diabetics. Also, I've never had it crystallize like honey does over time. Very nice sweet flavor w/ no odd aftertaste. And because it comes from a natural source (like tequila, yee haw!), it's much better for your body than Equal or any of those other weird fake sugars.

Ooohh....

 Look tasty!

I love honey though.  One favorite snack of mine is to take honey, toasted grains, seeds and nuts, and just mix the whole thing up, maybe with a bit of peanut butter.  Far from original I'm sure, but tasty.  Maybe drizzle a little chocolate syrup over the mess or sprinkle cocoa powder on it...
