Will the "National Day of Rest" bill save America?
Still have not heard of this proposed legislation, yet? Very soon, you will.
Will it be good for our economy, our families and our nation? Or, will our personal liberties be sacrificed in order to attain it?
Come and discover how today's increasing global crises will work together to soon undermine freedom of conscience, first for every individual in America, then, for every person around the world.

National Day of Rest
no blue laws in WA.
I'm gonna call BS on that. The trend over the 20th & 21st centuries has gradually been to dismantle the blue laws of the 18th & 19th centuries. US News and World Report (of all places!) has a pretty decent overview; apparently, bad economic times can be a driver of repeal.
In fact, in Washington state, restrictions on doing business on Sunday were repealed by popular initiative in 1966. (Scroll down to Initiative Measure No. 229.) The initiative passed by more than 60%.
The last remaining vestige of Washington's "blue law" -- restrictions on selling alcohol in liquor stores on Sundays -- was drastically reduced in 2005. All contract stores can be open on Sunday, and at least some state-run stores are as well. (RCW 66.08.165 and a bit more context in an old PI article. The Lacey store is one of those open on Sunday.)
So I personally don't think this is anything to get worked up about, especially not in this state.
Another Discover Prophecy thingy?
less vague info, please?
Interesting...
...which day of the week, though? Friday? Saturn Day?
Or dump dump dum...Sunday?
