Please pray that Steve Petruzilli (President / CEO of Willamette Dental) will DO THE RIGHT THING regarding the partially paralyzing dental patient Kevin Donahoe (me) and the formal complaint submitted to their corporation dated February 15, 2006". During a simple dental filing appointment they “paralyzed my head in the 7 cranial nerve

In order to understand my definition of the "right thing" you would actually need to "read the formal complaint". Check the facts. Have you done that? Kevin Donahoe CEO, Architect, and .Net Developer http://www.NewTechnologyAdvantage.com cobranded as http://www.ThankfulToGod.com

Dear "Fire Inside", Why not

Dear "Fire Inside", Why not use your full real name and the "organization you represent if that is applicable"? In my humble opinion, it doesn't take any courage or fire inside to hide behind a "false indentity". Why not step up to the plate and "REVEAL YOURSELF" and what you believe without being "so anonymous"? You are not ashamed of what you believe are you? Anyway ... just a suggestion to think about. No offense Kevin, but you're

No offense Kevin, but you're kind of new here. TFI has been an active participant for awhile. And even though I disagree with his decision to remain anonymous, you shouldn't be so quick to jump on him. We know him better than we know you right now.

By the way, you don't need to use a footer on all of your posts, it’s annoying and it communicates the message that you’re trying to sell something.

Dear Kevin,

Using my "full real name" is irrelevent to my comment.

Also, regarding whether or not I've read the information about your dental situation, I haven't. I'm not sure where I was supposed to, though. If you could be so kind as to direct me to that information I would appreciate it.

Thanks for the comments. I

Thanks for the comments. I wasn't trying to pick on someone. Just point out "fire inside" and "anonymous" seems like a contradition. But "remaining anonymous" is a choice and I sincerely apologize to "fire inside" if HE/SHE "thought I was trying to take away choices" or pick on them. That was not my intent. To: "The Fire",Actually

To: "The Fire", Actually "the formalized compliant documents" are not online currently. I am new to this BLOG / ONLINE Newspaper community. Is there perhaps a way to ATTACH / UPLOAD related news story documents written in WORD, EXCEL, VISIO, Windows Media Files, other movies types, Audio, etc.? So readers can "click a link" and see documents watch movies, or hear audio related to the "original story". Thanks in advance for any technical assistance / advice you can offer! Other people have formally complained about Willamette Dental

This is interesting! Apparently other people were complaining of serious injuries caused by Willamette Dental even before Kevin Donahoe was hurt during his dental disaster. See mal-practice case 04-2-00143-6 Thurston County Superior Court. I wonder why Steve Petruzelli didn’t dramatically increase modern day dental training so Kevin Donahoe could have avoided being hurt at a later date in 2005? That would have been the kind and professional thing to do. Certainly there was “no plausible denial at the CEO / Presidential level

Revised answer to "The Fires" question

Dear "Kevin Donahoe,"I know

Dear "Kevin Donahoe,"

I know my original comment came off that I might disagree with any decision you might make seeking financial restitution but that couldn't be further from the truth.

I just wouldn't publicly declare a financial settlement as being "the right thing to do" and stating, in the process, that the person writing the check needs to find God and come to the same conclusion on the "right thing."

It sounds odd and a bit greedy, that's all. I really do hope you are able to fully recover lost earnings and reach an agreement on how much responsibility Willamette Dental has to shoulder when discussing lost wages in the future.

Dear Fire - Thanks for your opinion

Thanks for your opinion. It is appreciated We just disagree that's all on our views. Kevin Donahoe position = Listen to others respectfully and then "think for yourself with God's guidance and respond in writing publically. Fires position = the opposite of Mr. Donahoes. I am cool with that! People should have choices you know. I don't see anything wrong with choices. Thank you again for respectfully stating your position.
