I don't know if this is an absolute first, but it is the first time I've noticed it: The Olympian has a link in the sidebar to wikipedia. Now, it isn't a very high-minded article (actually, it is about Bar Code), and the link isn't exactly that informative (about "Girls Gone Wild"), but nonetheless, I want to note that it is a step in the right direction.

There are over 70.... They're almost all completely inane, but it's interesting to me to see how passionately people in this town care about their right to party.

Just like OlyBlog...

...where caiman-related discussions get the most traffic and comments. What's up with that? Why can't people discuss really exciting issues like parking?

Imagine

......the interest and excitement generated if we discuss the right to party of caimans.

Hey there, what's wrong with parking topics?

If I didn't know better, and I might not, I would think you were making fun of my parking-centric posts.

Never!

I love reading your posts -- whatever the topic.
