It would be nice if we lived

It would be nice if we lived in a society where people trusted each other, and shared with each other, instead of always trying to one-up each other, out compete and render the other to uselessness.

Perhaps we aren't so removed from the rest of the animal kingdom as some of us would like to think.

Update: Under the definition

Update: Under the definition of "abandoned", a boat that is anchored in one spot for too long can be considered abandoned. The thing is, this is a permissable law, meaning the city, state etc, does not have to enforce it. It is the city's choice whether they want to make more people homeless or not.
