Feb 9 2006 - 9:00am Thursday, February 9th Seminar II E1105 from 5 to 7 pm ...with a huge portable mural of a collaboratively illustrated poster, a 6 foot tall fabric picture book, and an engaging narrative... the bees will take you on an interactive visual tour of the connections between colonization, militarization, and resource extraction in the Andean region of South America. If you're unable to make it on campus, see the leafcutter ants in downtown Olympia...they'll be at the Olympia Free School (610 Columbia St) on Friday, February 10 from 6 to 8 pm. ...and it's all for FREE! |
