Rick McKinnon and Mayor Foutc

Rick McKinnon and Mayor Foutch,

Thanks a lot for doing this interview. What a great mechanism for representative government to reach out to the people and vice-versa.

Did the Major have any comments about the use of City funds to subsidize new development (e.g. sewer, water, utilities hook ups)?

I applaud the mayor for takin

I applaud the mayor for taking this step. We should try to get all of the cc candidates to follow suit.

And thanks for taking the time to do this Rick
