Would it possible to keep polls in a place where they we would be visible for, say, two weeks without getting pushed off of the main page? I'm thinking that these polls could be, while not scientific, useful tools for judging public opinion on topics. Especially for going to the City Council or other groups about things. Could they be kept in the sidebar? I've seen this on other sites.
It makes me sad to think they don't. If you live in Olympia, you'll either enjoy the benefits or suffer the costs of it. I should have added "don't know" and a "don't care" options for people.
