What'r Celtic Body Prayers??? If you wanna know follow me here: Lie flat on yer back on the dirt and visualize emptiness. Then visualize yer earliest thoughts. Then wiggle your toes and begin sensorizing your senses from your feet up your calves into your hips onto the chaka and all the way up to the head, then begin to grow from the dirt like a tree. Lift your hips into the air real slow. As you rise into the air say: "I am the strongest tree!" Then be standing and begin to gently sway like the strongest tree. Sway with the wind. Connect your mindframe to the essence of your tree. Become the tree, because you are the tree. Feel your ancient roots. Wiggle your toes while you stand and send tingles up your tree-like-bones. Next start waving your arms up and down like a bird and proceed to "unground" yourself as you prepare to fly into the air and say: "I am the purest bird!" Fly with your arms then drop your arms back to your sides and visualize the most beautiful flower imaginable. Be that flower and begin to bud. As rain blesses your flowery existance begin to open your "bud" by raising your arms into the air again. Breathe in through your nose as your arms open and slowly breathe out through your mouth in a constricted elongated fashion and as you exhale be the flower closing like at night. Enter the night with peaceful breathing as described above. Close your eyes to see the peacefulness of night. Then lift your brain into the air (mentally) and go all the way up to your favorite star in the heavens. If you do not have a favor star you will mentally find one and then one night you will actually see the star that you found in your prayer and that star will become your guiding light. Now that we are in space it is time to dissolve our energy into the air like dust. Scatter your love and energy all over space and feel the energy that already fills space. The dark energy in space is your fallen friends. Say: "We are one in eternal peace", and you will be reunited with your fallen loved ones forever. Pray to your fallen loved ones now because at this point you will both be at the same heavenly level of existance. If you are strong and faithful, you will still be standing. This is actually a rather difficult exercise, but it builds more muscle than fast-paced workouts. Now that you've been to space, open your eyes again to the daylight on earth and begin to slowly shrink back down to your original lowly existance on the ground. Return to your earliest memories of existance. Return to dust and you will know that nobody ever actually leaves. We are all here as one forever and nobody can take that away from you now. Happy Day!

Happy Day is right! Hey, this sounds like a great exercise. Thankyou for the lesson. You're right, although I do try to practice at least a minimal amount of meditation, I now realize that my thoughts and prayers have been all too trapped on this plane.

Thanks for reminding me to do some space travel! Now, Rock 'n' Roll!

Have you ever practiced the "sun salutation?" It's yoga. I have been working it into my daily routine, and though it can be difficult at times, I nearly always notice a difference - I feel better - after going through the ritual.

"Peep game" means: don't be passive. Compete. Set goals and use others' gains for your own motivation. The only time I act passive is when I am waiting to attack. There is no such thing as time; all we really have is growth. The word "time" is passive, but time is merely just the measurement of "growth". Therefore no time is ever wasted; we are all constantly growing. True-we each have our place in 'time' on Earth, but, lets not forget that our place in time is part of the whole system that created everything and therefore our place in time is actually eternal---as far as we know---there may indeed be a 'time' when Earth dissapears, but, that too will be part of a larger active 'growth'. I want to show you how to do Celtic Body Prayers correctly some day. Breathing is key. The breathing exercises in my Celtic Body Prayers is scientifically proven to expand alveoli and strengthen lungs. Perhaps my blog on the body prayers is complete enough to provide a frame for you to work with, but, you must understand how all of the elements of body prayers blend together to provide an exercise worthy of Olympians in order to achieve maximum results. When done properly- body prayers send chills down your spine that instantly relax the entire body---and that happens as muscles are working which expands muscle growth and expansion. Thus the body feels highly relaxed as exercises are performed---it's like getting a back rub and doing pull-ups simultaneously. You will feel better after the exercise AND DURING THE EXERCISE! Not to mention the mental element of reconnecting with your past hidden memories and revalations...If I ever just happen to see you sometime somewhere I will show you how to breathe to do body prayers correctly. I reccommend that you go for a walk in the forest first---walk slowly...put your foot down BEFORE YOUR WEIGHT IS transferred to that foot...set that foot down THEN transfer your weight to that foot---that is how your ancient warrior ancestors walked through the forest in enemy territory...more later...
