FEMA Dumps Donated Drinking Water

Water, water, everywhere, and not a drop to drink.

Another hurricane is brewing. Fires are burning. Folks along the US-Mexico border still die of dehydration. Any type of disaster could happen at any time. I so don't understand FEMA.

Regarding "folks" along the border, I don't have a problem with private groups donating their time and effort for such a cause.

Actually, I'd think the water could have been useful even now. What with our own national disasters.
